Our Rooms
All rates based on single or double occupancy. Third & fourth persons are charged $25 per person per night.
Facilities include a clothing-optional sundeck, pool, 15-man jacuzzi, gym, free wifi internet access, complimentary happy hour each evening, continental breakfast each morning, free access to Bourbon Street Pub each night, free access to the drag shows at the 801 Bourbon each night, and access to our Grand Balcony overlooking festive Duval Street.
For those arriving by car, limited off-street parking is available for a small additional charge. Parking is not available during Fantasy Fest.
All rooms have free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Air Conditioning, a ceiling fan, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a microwave oven.
Room Descriptions
Room 26
This spacious standard priced room opens up to both our sundeck and the gym. It has a Queen bed with a private bath and also has a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, and microwave. The perfect room for a sun enthusiast or a gym nut.
Room 25
This spacious, standard priced room is perfect for sun bathing enthusiasts and gym nuts as it opens up to both our sundeck on the outside and the gym on the inside. Has a Queen bed with a private bathroom and small kitchenette with sink, fridge, and microwave.
Room 24
This spacious room has plenty of space for four guests, given it also features a sleeping and relaxing loft space. Also, there is full-sized kitchen, king-sized bed and television on the entrance level as well as a queen bed and television in the loft. This room is a great choice for those light sleepers or early risers.
Room 22A
This inexpensive room has direct access to the grand balcony that overlooks Duval Street; a prime spot for people-watching. Enjoy the queen sized bed, mini refrigerator, and private bath. It is the ideal location for night owls/late risers.
Room 21
This expansive room will accommodate up to four guests because of its soaring ceilings and loft area. Also, there is full-sized kitchen, king-sized bed and television on the entrance level as well as a queen bed and television in the loft. Located above the Bourbon Street Pub makes it the perfect location for guests who love the nightlife!
Room 11A
A low-cost room just is a few steps away from the soothing waters of our hot tub and swimming pool. It is perfect for guests who like to begin their days or finish their nights with relaxation. Includes a Queen bed with a private bathroom, small fridge and microwave.
Cottage House
Bask in the tropics of Key West at this dog-friendly cottage with a private heated pool and a lush backyard garden. Located in Old Town near Duval Street, minutes from restaurants, museums, and the daily sunset celebration at Mallory Square. A/C, gas grill, private washer/dryer, 2 private parking spots. A dog is welcome for a small nightly fee.
Apartment 2
This one bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room. The room also comes with a fully equipped kitchen.
Room 1
This quiet room sleeps up to 4 people with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a futon in the sitting room. Also includes a small private balcony.
Room 23B
Our most affordable option, this room is ideal for late-sleepers because it has no windows. It's also ideal for the fitness-minded guest as it opens directly to our fitness center. Enjoy your work-out before showing off at the pool. Sharing a bathroom with 23A, the shared bath features a locking system, keeping your room secure.
Room 23A

Room 13 - Cottage
Welcome to your home away from home. This charming, one bedroom house accommodates 4 guests with its queen sized bed and sleeper sofa. You'll also find a full-sized kitchen and large bathroom. Although it is located just outside the Garden Bar, hot tub and pool, the bedroom sanctuary keeps out all outside noise.

An airy and bright room that has a handsome kitchenette and a spacious bathroom and shower. Convenient access to the Garden Bar, hot tub, pool and lower sundeck. Standard room pricing with a Queen bed.
Room 11B
An economical room off the beaten path, yet close to both the Bourbon Street Pub and Garden Bars. Includes a Queen bed with a private bath, a small fridge and microwave. This room is one of our quieter rooms and has no windows.
