Rooms & Rates

All rates based on single or double occupancy. Third & fourth persons are charged $25 per person per night.

Facilities include a clothing-optional sundeck, pool, 15-man jacuzzi, and Grand Balcony overlooking festive Duval Street. For those arriving by car, secure off-street parking is available on a first-served basis. All rooms have private bath, A/C, ceiling fan, cable tv, and telephone.

All room rates are prices before tax

High Season:	January 3 - April 18 plus most holidays & special events
Mid Season:	April 19 - May 31 & November 1 - December 21
Low Season:	June 1 - October 19
Festival:	October 20 - 31 & December 22 - January 2 (Fantasy Fest & New Year's Eve weeks)

Terms & Restrictions

Age:	Adults 21 years of age or above only
Deposits:	High Season, holidays, special events: 2 nights room rate + tax Mid & Low Season: 1 night room rate + tax Festival: 50% of entire stay + tax
Cancellation:	On holidays, special events, festival periods, and high season, cancellation must be made no later than 30 days prior to arrival date for a full refund of deposit. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit is forfeited. The remainder of the year, cancellation must be made no later than 14 days prior to arrival date for a full refund of deposit, otherwise deposit is forfeited. No refunds for early departures
Holidays:	Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Poker Run, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Check-in:	Check-in anytime. Rooms gauranteed ready by 3:00 PM. Special arrangements for arrivals after 9:00pm
Check-out:	by 12:00 noon
Telephone:	Free local and toll-free calls. Long distance by credit card or collect call.
Housekeeping:	Housekeeping service is available from 10:00am until 4:00pm. Rooms with "Do Not Disturb" signs will not receive service (but feel free to see the Front Desk Attendant for fresh towels if needed).
Parking:	For those arriving by car, limited parking is available in our lot on a first-come, first served basis.
