New Orleans House Rooms & Rates

All rates based on single or double occupancy. Third & fourth persons are charged $25 per person per night.

Facilities include a clothing-optional sundeck, pool, 15-man jacuzzi, gym, free wifi internet access, complimentary happy hour each evening, continental breakfast each morning, free access to the Bourbon Street Pub each night, free access to the drag shows at the 801 Bourbon each night, and access to our Grand Balcony overlooking festive Duval Street.

For those arriving by car, off-street parking is available for a small additional charge. Parking is not available during Fantasy Fest.

All rooms have Air Conditioning and Cable TV. All rooms except 23B have a refrigerator and a microwave. Most rooms have a ceiling fan and a coffee maker.

Room Descriptions

11A	This inexpensive room is located right next to the 15 man hot tub and just steps from the pool. The perfect room for those that want to take a light night dip.
11B	This budget room is located in a private and secluded area. The room is perfect for those that like to sleep in late as it is in a very shady area.
12	This larger room with a kitchenette and large bathroom is located just steps from the pool and the hot tub. Just outside the french doors is our tropical Garden Bar.
21	This large room is one of our two "loft" rooms and has large french doors leading directly onto our grand balcony overlooking lively Duval Street. Featuring a full kitchen, king size bed on the main level, queen bed upstairs in the loft, and two televisions. With the Bourbon Street Pub located right downstairs, this room is perfect for those that love to dance late into the night.
22A	This bargain room has large french doors leading directly onto our grand balcony overlooking lively Duval Street. A queen size bed, refrigerator, A/C, ceiling fan and color TV make this room perfect for those on a budget that don't want to give up any amenities. With the Bourbon Street Pub located right downstairs, this room is perfect for those that love to dance late into the night.
23A	This room has french doors leading out to our grand balcony that overlooks Duval Street. It shares a bath with room 23B. These rooms can be booked alone or, as a suite if you are traveling with friends but prefer a private bedroom.
23AB	Two private bedrooms each with a queen bed and color TV sharing a bathroom make this the perfect room for up to 4 people or two friends that would each like privacy. Each room has its own private entrance for added privacy.
23B	This room shares a bath with room 23A. These rooms can be booked alone or, as a suite if you are traveling with friends but prefer a private bedroom.
24	This large room is one of our two "loft" rooms and has large french doors leading directly onto our grand balcony overlooking lively Duval Street. Featuring a full kitchen, king bed on the main level, queen bed upstairs in the loft, and two televisions.

Cottage	This lovely one bedroom house features a full kitchen, queen bed, comfortable living room with a sleep sofa, and a large bathroom. Located just outside the large french doors is the tropical "Garden Bar." The 15 man hot tub and pool are just steps away.
409 Petronia	This freestanding 2 bedroom house connects to our property by a secure gate. This house features a king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other. There is also a private heated pool (pool heat is available for an additional nightly charge), and a private gated parking space.

may have up to 4 people for an additional charge of $25 per person per night. Rates listed do not
include 6% state sales tax, 1.5% county sales tax, 5% county hotel tax, or 5% prepaid gratuity.

Terms and Restrictions

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled reservations will receive a refund of the deposit less a $20 processing fee. Cancellations received with less notice than stated in the above chart will forfeit the deposit.

Trip Insurance

New Orleans House suggests that you purchase trip insurance. We cannot issue refunds for delayed arrivals regardless of the reason nor can refunds be issued for shortened stays.

Parking

Parking is available in our lot located on the corner of Petronia Street and Shavers Lane for a small fee of $5 per day or $25 per week. We have no parking available during Fantasy Fest week and limited parking during Pridefest.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any room or any indoor areas. Smoking is permitted on the grand balcony, sundecks or by the pool or garden bar. There is a $250 cleaning fee for any room that has evidence of smoking.

Guests

Adult males 18 years of age or over only.

Check-in

Check-in any time – rooms guaranteed ready by 3:00pm.

Check-out

Checkout by 12 Noon.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping service is available from 10am until 2pm. Rooms with “Do Not Disturb” signs will not receive service (but feel free to see the Front Desk attendant for fresh towels if needed).

Pets

We are unable to accept pets at this time.

Noise

Some rooms are located directly above a nightclub. Music can be heard in these rooms until the bar closes at 4:00 AM. If you are concerned about noise, please inquire about some of our quieter rooms.
